Control Mainline is als een wolf in schaapskleren. Door de minimale geheugenwerking ligt de lijn extreem soepel op de spoel en heb je nauwelijks last van kinken of krullen. De lage rek zorgt voor een zeer directe beetregistratie, waardoor zelfs de voorzichtigste aanbeten perfect worden doorgegeven.
De lijn is verkrijgbaar op spoelen van 1250 meter, voldoende om drie molens van 400 meter te vullen, in de diameters 0,25mm, 0,30mm, 0,35mm en 0,38mm. De 0,43mm variant is leverbaar op een spoel van 1000 meter. Dankzij de camo groene kleur is de lijn onder water vrijwel onzichtbaar, wat bijdraagt aan een subtiele presentatie.
Control is een hoogwaardige monofilament hoofdlijn met een zeer hoge trekkracht en uitstekende werpeigenschappen. De gladde siliconencoating zorgt voor lange, soepele worpen, terwijl de lijn zacht en soepel blijft aanvoelen. Tegelijk biedt hij een hoge schuurbestendigheid, ideaal voor serieuze karpervissers die maximale controle willen.

I have been using the PB control line in 18lb for about four years now and swear by it. I’m sure it is actually stronger than they say, as over gravel and Zebra mussels it has never given way. And at only .30 diameter it is actually thinner than most makes of 15 lb line. It casts superbly, sinks well, and is a good neutral colour that blends into all lake beds.
It’s one thing I don’t have to worry about when playing a good fish, just concentrate on playing the fish, and netting it. Simple…. Well almost👍
Recently brought the 18lb and the 24lb PB control mono
I spooled up three reels with 24lb as I have a three night session coming up with the potential of a few decent 30 to 40s
Spooled the 18 on my regular set up line lay was really good and I’ve caught so far approx 14 carp from 16lb to 24lb with no issues
Casts really well no line twist either
I like the look and feel of the line ( I was having problems with my previous make of line as it was curling around my top rod eye almost immediately.) I think that catching a 41lb carp (which is my pb) the first time I used it, really helped me to like the line . I already have a lot of confidence in its reliability.
Only used for the first time last week after spooling and this was my result 31.2 and four others 22-18- 14 and a 12 well impressed will definitely use again when need to spool again 👍

I've been using PB Control Mono on a heavily weeded pit lake, and it's been excellent. It's stood up incredibly well to constant punishment from thick weed and mussel beds without letting me down. The bite indication has been great, and for a 25lb breaking strain, it's impressively thin.
I recently landed this stunning 36lb carp using it, which has given me even more confidence in the line. I absolutely love it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone fishing demanding venues.
I have been using PB Control for about 7 orc8 years now. I wouldn't contemplate using any thing else. It casts well, brilliant abrasion resistance, just does everything really well. Ive used it both at home and on the continent and never had and problems.

Top Quality Products. The Line went on really smoothly after watching the PB Products video on there website, I have put loads of line on reels in the past, But the added advantage with the Control Mono is allowing it to soak for 24hrs. Instead of 2-3 hours! The line grips to your spool and makes excellent line lay on my Diawa Tournament-S 6000t Originals with the 45mm spool it looks smart no bulking up at top and bottom of the spool. I would recommend this line to any Carper who's looking for something different than going for there usual make and diameter. I went for the Control Mono in 24lb 0.35mm just so i know if im fishing in weed the line will cut through it better with a smaller diameter but also has the strength of the 24lb. I normally use Fox Exocet or the Pro 23lb Version. Im going to give it 12 months to see if it performs as good or even better than the Fox Exocet/Exocet Pro 23lb 👍👍👍
I havent been out yet , but spolling up was a dream no coiling and very soft . For a mono its like it has been soaked it hot water coz it is so sopple . Quality product and will be using it again defo
Bought the 0.35 , wasn't expecting big things when it comes to long chucking but my god does it cast long and smooth .
The fact that it's high breaking strain means I can wind a 3.5 lead right up without fear of a crack off too .
Fast delivery, good quality line, easy to spool up, comes off the spool beautifully, nice and straight no coils, casts superb, would definitely recommend Control Mono.
